What is this medicine?
TADALAFIL Super Active capsules are used to treat erection problems in men. The soft gel works faster than ordinary oral lozenges.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take this medicine?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
- eye or vision problems, including a rare inherited eye disease called retinitis pigmentosa
- heart disease, angina, history of heart attack, irregular heartbeat or other heart problems
- high or low blood pressure
- kidney or liver disease
- stroke an unusual or allergic reaction to tadalafil, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
- pregnant or trying to get pregnant
- breastfeeding
How should I use this medication?
Take this medication by mouth with a glass of water. You can take this medication with or without a meal. The dose is usually taken 15 to 20 minutes before sexual activity. You should not take this dose more than once a day. Do not take your medicine more often than directed. Overdose: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact a poison control center or emergency room at once. NOTE: this medication is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.
What can interact with this medication?
Do not take this medication with any of the following:
- nitrates such as amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin
This medication may also interact with the following medications:
- certain high blood pressure medications
- certain medicines to treat HIV infection or AIDS
- certain medicines used against fungal or yeast infections, such as fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole and voriconazole
- certain medications used for seizures, such as carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital
- grapefruit juice
- macrolide antibiotics like clarithromycin, erythromycin, troleandomycin
- drugs for prostate problems
- rifabutine, rifampine ou rifapentine

What should I watch for while using this medication?
If you notice any changes in your vision while taking this medicine, call your doctor or health care professional as soon as possible. Stop using this medicine and call your health care provider right away if you lose sight in one or both eyes. Contact your doctor or health care professional immediately if the erection lasts more than 4 hours or if it becomes painful. This can be a sign of a serious problem and should be treated immediately to avoid permanent damage. Where should I keep my medication?
Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Throw away unused medicine after the expiration date.
